Purchase requests

An order submitted at checkout remains a request until accepted. Stock, address details, payment authorization, risk review and legal requirements can affect that decision. Applicable tax and shipping amounts are presented before completion.

Fulfillment and product remedies

Handling and transit appear in the Shipping Policy. The Refund Policy allows qualifying defective and non-defective new-item returns and exchange requests initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery. We process and initiate an approved refund within 10 days; later bank posting is separate.

Legal protections
